Heidi’s Holiday Ham Glaze

Just in time for the holidays, this delectable glaze is sure to be a crowd-pleaser at your festive gathering this year.


  • ¼ cup apple juice or dry white wine
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • ⅓ cup Heidi’s Raspberry Jam
  • 1 Tbsp butter


  1. Combine the apple juice, lemon juice and cornstarch in a saucepan, stir until smooth.

  2. Stir in half of the jam. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.

  3. Stir in butter and remaining jam. Cook and stir until the butter is melted.

  4. During the last 10 minutes of the ham’s baking time, spoon the glaze over the entire ham.
