Raspberry Vinaigrette

A deliciously tart and tangy dressing perfect for a bed of fresh baby salad greens on a hot summer day.


  • ¼ cup of champagne vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil (best quality)
  • 2 Tbsp onion or shallot diced very fine
  • 4 Tbsp Heidi’s Raspberry Jam
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl or mixer.

  2. Season with salt and pepper

  3. Slowly drizzle oil while mixing continuously. 

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning
